What is a digital art print?

A digital art print is a high-resolution image file that you download and print yourself — at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. You receive the digital file instantly after purchase; no physical product is shipped. This means you can have beautiful art on your walls within hours, not days!

How do I download my purchase?

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an instant download link. You can access your files immediately — no waiting for shipping! A download link will also be sent to your email address for future access.

What file format will I receive?

Our digital art prints are delivered as high-resolution JPG or PNG files at 300 DPI (dots per inch). This is professional print quality, ensuring your prints look crisp and vibrant at any size.

Can I print at any size?

Yes! Our files are designed for large format printing. Because they are high-resolution (300 DPI), you can print them at a wide range of sizes — from small 5x7 prints to large poster-sized prints — without losing quality. The maximum recommended print size may vary by product and will be noted in the product description.

Can I use the art for commercial purposes?

No. All purchases come with a personal use license only. You may print unlimited copies for your own personal use (home decor, gifts, personal projects), but you may not resell, redistribute, or use the art commercially. Please see our Terms of Service for full license details.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with your file (such as a corrupted download or wrong file), please contact us and we'll provide a replacement. Do you sell physical prints?

At this time, we sell digital files only. We do not print or ship physical products. The benefit of digital prints is that you have full control over the size, paper type, and framing — and you get your art instantly!

What if my download link isn't working?

If you're having trouble with your download link, first try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If the issue persists, please email us at wisheswithoutbordersco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a new link right away.

Can I print your art as a gift?

Absolutely! You're welcome to print our art and give it as a gift to friends and family. You just cannot sell the prints or the digital files.
