Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Because all products sold by Wishes Without Borders Co are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products are non-tangible, irrevocable goods delivered electronically.
  • Once a digital file has been made available for download, the transaction is considered complete.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for digital product purchases.

Exceptions — File Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a genuine technical issue with your download, we're here to help:

  • Corrupted File: If your downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened, please contact us and we will provide a replacement download link.
  • Wrong File Delivered: If you received a different file than what was shown in the product listing, please contact us and we will send you the correct file.
  • Download Issues: If you're having trouble accessing your download link, please reach out and we'll assist you in getting your files.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A screenshot of the error (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • Refunds will NOT be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the artistic style of a product that was accurately represented in the listing.
  • Refunds will NOT be issued because a customer's printer or display renders colors differently than shown on our website.
  • We recommend reviewing product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
